2. Products:
The items offered in our web shop are part of the complete shop range of Ganterie Boon. All items in stock can also be purchased in our store.

The inventory of our goods is included in our web shop. In rare cases it can occur that a product is not in stock, even if the website tells you differently. In this situation we will send an e-mail containing – if possible – a proposal for a customized delivery time, and/or the option to exchange for a different product or a refund of the purchase price.

If you require a product that is not in stock, don’t hesitate to send us an e-mail with an inquiry about availability, customized delivery terms or a similar product.


3. Prices:
The prices on our ‘product page’ include shipping cost by mail.
According to EU-regulations a VAT of 21% will be added to the bill.


4. Shipping cost:
Shipping costs are included in case of regular delivery by mail. No tracking available.


5. Payment Method:  
Ganterie Boons uses the Euro as official currency. All invoices will be sent in Euro. For non-EU countries, the exchange rate depends on the credit card used. Payment of purchased product will be online via credit card – Visa, American Express, Master Card, and JCB – or through PayPal via our secured server with SSL-certificate.
We also accept payments by bank transfer.

After you’ve ordered online, you’ll receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. In this e-mail you’ll find all our and your details, including our bank account number, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes.


6. Returns and Refunds:
"The consumer has the right to inform the enterprise of refrain from purchasing, without having to pay a fine or provide a motive statement, within 14 calendar days starting on the day after delivery of the item, or the closure of the service agreement.”
“The consumer has no right to refrain from purchase in case of personalized purchases or purchases that have been custom-made with specifications delivered by the client.”

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or in the case of a manufacturing error, you can return the product within 14 days after delivery.
A few conditions apply:

  • Inform us first by e-mail: info@glovesboon.be, or by phone: +32(0)3.232.33.87
  • The product has to be:
    • Unused
    • New
    • In original state, gloves have to be tied together
    • With original label
    • With original packing

Write an e-mail to us in which you indicate the reasons for exchange/refund:

  • Your purchase price will be refunded completely
  • If you’d rather exchange please indicate which product, size and colour has your preference.

We advise you to first check the availability on the website.
Please note that any shipping costs for returned items are yours. We request you to use registered mail. Ganterie Boon will not be held responsible for accurate delivery of your return shipment.

Upon receiving your returned items we will send you the desired item with possible additional costs for shipment and subject to availability. When the requested item is not in stock we will contact you.
Full refunds will be paid within 14 days after receiving the returned purchase.

Important for returns: Indicate ‘Return’ on the package.

7. Delivery duration:
Orders are treated 48 hours after payment.
You can choose a different delivery address: home address, office address or the address of a different person. Shipment will be carried out by Belgian Bpost or any other provider of our choice.
Generally, delivery of in-stock items will take:

  • Within Belgium 1-7 working days.
  • Outside of Belgium 5-15 working days.

Ganterie Boon is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by transporters or Bpost.

Pay attention/Important:
We urge you to state the correct delivery address. Ganterie Boon cannot be held responsible for non-delivered goods in case of an incorrect listing of your delivery address. In this case you are not entitled to request any compensation or refund when the purchased items are not delivered.


8. Questions:
If you have any questions you can send an e-mail to info@glovesboon.be. We will respond to your inquiry within 72 hours.


9. Privacy:
Under no circumstance will personal details of customers be given to third parties or otherwise made public. The only exception here is the details required for delivery.


10. Inability of execution:
Both parties hold the right to end this agreement without any reimbursement when there’s inability of execution due to force majeure, a strike, a lock-out, a strike from the other party, and the like.

11. Disclaimer:
Ganterie Boon strives for perfection but technical issues, inaccuracies and mistakes can sometimes happen. Ganterie Boon holds the right to implement changes and corrections to the website without prior notice.

12. Belgian Law applies to present agreement:
Belgian Law applies to any dispute arising from the use of our web shop, services or products.
